Yes! that's the whole point. Upload one clear, front-facing photo and our tech system captures your child's face, hair, and features and illustrates them as the hero on every page. You'll see the cover and sample pages before paying, if the likeness isn't right, you don't pay.
What if I don't like the preview?
The preview is free for exactly this reason. You only pay if you love it. If anything feels off, tell us. WhatsApp or Email us and we'll help make it right, or guide you to a different story that fits better.
How long until I get the book?
You see the illustrated preview within minutes of placing your order. Once you confirm, your hardcover storybook is printed and shipped in 5–7 business days, with free delivery across India.
What if I'm not happy with it?
Because every book is uniquely made for your child, the best safeguard is the free preview, review your cover and sample pages before any payment. After delivery, if the book arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint and reship at no cost. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

How does personalisation work?
Upload a clear photo of your child, choose their language, and our AI illustrates them as the hero of the story. You'll see a free preview of the cover and a few pages before placing your order — no payment until you love it.
How long does it take to get my book?
You'll see your preview within 2–3 minutes of uploading the photo. Once you place the order, we generate the remaining pages, print the book, and ship it to you within 5–7 business days anywhere in India. Free delivery included.
Is my child's photo safe?
Yes. Your child's photo is used only to generate this book and is stored securely. We never share or sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models. You can request deletion anytime by emailing us.
What languages are available?
We support multiple Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, and more. The story is professionally translated, not just machine output and culturally adapted for Indian families.
What ages is this suitable for?
Each book is designed for a specific age band (e.g. 2–3, 4–6, 7–9 years). Pages, vocabulary, and story complexity adapt to your child's reading level. Pick the age band that matches your child when you start.
Can I include siblings or family members?
Yes! For stories that feature additional characters, you can add a sibling, parent, or grandparent. Upload their photo and add their name, and they'll appear in the story too.
What if I don't like the preview?
You can regenerate any page or the cover before placing your order, at no cost. If you're still not happy after a few tries, write to us at support@neevas.co.in and we will personally help you.
What's the print quality like?
Premium binding with thick, child-safe matte pages and vibrant, fade-resistant colours. The book is built to survive bedtime stories for years.
Can I return or exchange the book?
Because each book is uniquely personalised for your child, we cannot accept returns. However, if there's a printing defect or shipping damage, we'll replace the book free of charge just email (support@neevas.co.in) us photos within 7 days of delivery.
Will the AI illustrations look like my child?
Yes! We use the best AI models with multiple reference photos to capture face shape, skin tone, hair, and distinctive features. The character keeps a consistent look across all pages of the book. Try it yourself!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! At checkout, you can add gift wrapping with a personalised message card. Perfect for birthdays, naming ceremonies, and Diwali gifting.
Can I order more copies of the same book?
Yes. Once your story is finalised, you can re-order additional copies at a discounted price useful for grandparents, nursery class, or as keepsakes.
