Refund policy

Every Neevas product is made-to-order and personalised with your child's name and photo, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. But we'll make it right if there's a problem with the product itself.

Before paying, you preview the the first 2–3 sample pages of your storybook. Use this preview to confirm the art style, your child's name spelling, and the overall feel before placing your order.

We replace or refund when

  • The book arrives damaged (torn, water-damaged, broken spine).
  • There's a major defect (missing pages, blank pages, severe smudges, mis-binding).
  • We shipped the wrong book or the order never arrived.

We'll either reprint and reship at no cost (preferred), or refund 100% of the product price, your choice.

We can't refund for

  • Change of mind after the book is printed.
  • Disliking later pages that weren't part of the preview full books are generated in the personalised art style you approved at preview. Style and tone stay consistent throughout.
  • Misspelt name, wrong age, or wrong gender if they match what you entered at checkout.
  • Minor colour differences between screen preview and print (inherent to printing).
  • Courier delays beyond our stated ETA.

How to request

Email [support@neevas.co.in] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or short video of the issue
  • Whether you'd prefer a reprint or a refund

We respond within 2 business days.

Refund timing

Refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 business days (UPI / card / net banking).
