By using Neevas (neevas.co.in and related services) you agree to these terms.
What we do
We create personalised, AI-illustrated children's storybooks. You upload your child's photo and pick (or describe) a story, we print and ship the book.
Who can use it
You must be 18+ and the parent or guardian of any child whose photo or details you upload.
Your photo and prompts
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us permission to use it only to generate, store, and reprint your book. We don't train AI models on your photos, sell them, or use them in marketing without your written consent.
The finished book
You own the personalised book for personal use, share previews with family, gift physical copies. You may not resell, reproduce commercially, or reuse the art elsewhere.
Custom-story moderation
Custom prompts are screened. We reserve the right to refuse content that is violent, sexual, hateful, or is inappropriate for children.
Payment
Payment is via Shopify Checkout in ₹ (INR).
Returns & shipping

AI output
Illustrations are AI-generated. Minor variations between pages may occur.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (bypass moderation, scrape the site, infringe IP).
